James Buntin has been a whisky Ambassador for the past 16 years, working for many well known whisky brands and hosting tasting evenings all over the world!
Over many years as an ambassador for whisky, James has been been privileged to work with a number of chefs who have shared with him the secrets of matching food and whisky in a way that brings the two together perfectly.
Armed with a range of fine whiskies and different food types such as charcuterie, cheese and chocolate, he’s hosted and presented numerous food and whisky matching evenings, sharing these secrets with like-minded individuals all over the world.
There are just as many cheeses as there are whiskies out there and bringing them together can be some tasty fun!
